It's simply no longer coding. It's more like DevOps if we only constrain it to the technical aspect of developing an app, in that you are not dealing with code directly as much as with a bunch of other apps that are arranged together to create a pipeline of sorts. Instead of taking code to production this takes an idea to code.

Yes, technically coding in natural language is just an even higher order programming language than using something like python. But we can't keep calling serious efforts a vibe. We are growing up from our younger selves.

Well I wouldn't call it coding because natural language is not coding, otherwise everyone is coding everyone else when you are talking to them. Human language is designed for human brains, while computer languages are really specifications built on mathematics.
We can imagine programming languages that don't work with words easily, like one that works with geometric shapes, and the shape itself describes the computation. Then a compiler looks at the geometry and compiles an app. The fact programming languages ended up overlapping with human language is accidental.
That's why vibe coding is really not coding because you are not engaging with those mathematical constructs that programming deals with. Yes, the machine is doing it now, but we don't call using Photoshop programming even though the machine is doing things for you. Things like Excel are in the gray area for those reasons as well.
tl;dr I guess it should just be AI engineering, but like DevOps there is little coding involved but it's just as technical.
