I think it is very important to understand the limitations of each architecture choice when building business solution, so I deep dived and wrote an article about the things the developer/business must be aware when using continuous voice AI solutions, and what metrics should be used except generic TTFA looking good for chit-chat but useless in real business-aware conversations.
