How do you choose the 4 people each week, at random or by interests? The first call with a stranger is the hard part. What do you do to make it feel less awkward?

Thank you for your questions. I'm planning to do the first matches manually. The idea is to maximize the "heterogeneity" of the group.
Also, I was planning to share icebreakers that participants could use if there is a lull in the conversation.
What are your thoughts on that?

I think manually matching people is best while you work out the kinks of matching. I'm sure you will end up getting a "feel" for what group combinations work and which ones don't.
