I had quite a bad experience my first time buying on crowd supply. The hardware was faulty, which was no big deal, but it took 3 months (!!!) of back and forth with their support to get my unit returned including many multi week ghostings. It was only resolved through my stubborn badgering. Cool products but the business is rough around the edges. Buy from them! But know what you're getting into.
