I found this interesting since it runs contrary to my expectations. I feel like many online communities have become politicized over the last decade, but this survey says 71% of respondents saw little or no politics in their community.

Based on the first page, it seems how they are defining online communities is much broader than Big Social, to include group chats and smaller online venues like topic focussed forums.
If I vibe math the discord servers I'm in, it feels pretty close to this distribution.
