Hi HN, I’m Sergey. I built this because phone calls are still a terrible way to transfer exact strings: names, booking codes, emails, policy numbers. “B as in Boy or D as in David?” costs time, and a single wrong letter means a failed lookup later. Sending that information via whatsapp, telegram or whatever else, you don't know where it ends up.

How it works: the agent creates a scratchpad link while on the call and texts or reads it to the customer. The customer opens it on their phone (no install, no account) and types the value or uploads a photo, and the agent sees it live. Scratchpads are hard-deleted after 24 hours.

It’s meant for call-center agents, and the same link works if the “agent” is an AI voice agent. Speech-to-text is especially bad at letters and codes, which is part of why I think this matters more now.

It’s free to sign up and use.

I’d love feedback, especially on the cases where this wouldn’t work.

I can't tell if this is intentionally a joke, but it's the hardest I've laughed all day.
