There was a pending project in Dogpatch and an increase in capacity at an existing DC in the Bayview.

Are you talking about legacy telcom facilities? I know there are some small spaces but I'm not aware of anything north of 10 MW in SF, and the AI datacenters we are talking about require 100 MW minimum, and really closer to 200-300MW or more. There is no way anything like that could exist in SF, even ignoring the real estate costs. I think Lumen has a 2 MW data center, and Fortress has a 5 MW data center. Those are completely different use cases than AI.

I'm not familiar with all of the sites but from what I can see they are below that 100 MW threshold. I wasn't aware of that bifurcation - thanks.
