This summer, in the Hugging Face incident, OpenAI let a swarm of agents out by mistake.

Purposely not monitoring what your server is doing is a deliberate act, not a mistake. The only thing we need is for existing laws to be enforced. We have public hacking incidents and no one is being prosecuted. It makes no sense.
