I was present at the founding of several European, American, Singaporean , Australian and unfortunately also one Dubai company. They promise everything, but we've had problems like nowhere else. Unclear rules, unclear costs, fines, expectations. They promise that you can arrange everything remotely, but that's just a big lie. I'd recommend Singapore first, if you really must leave Europe or the USA.
