Nice project that reminds me of elm.chat and CryptPad that are open-source and self-hostable.
I'd suggest making loading the OSM map by default optional as it makes unnecessary third-party requests, but I suppose it's there right now just for demonstration purposes.

Thanks for feedback and yeah can add the option switch in, just running beta to test engagement
