You don’t have to, anyone who sells a balcony solar setup will do. The link was provided only as a citation that, yes, you just have to plug the panels in, not as a comprehensive buyers guide.
Utah was the first to approve this legislation, you can buy anything approved to work there and it’ll be safe to use.
