This is one instance where I've no sympathy for the consumer. You buy a fridge to keep things cold—not watch videos or have the fridge connect to the internet.

What on earth would possess anyone to buy an AI/screen based fridge in the first place? Screen addiction must be worse than I'd realized.

You say that, but I have been trying to find a non-smart TV for months, Consumers don't always have much choice.

And this is why the only Samsung products I have are RAM and SSDs.

And the SSDs are backed up daily.

Samsung should not have gotten into appliances. They seem to be singularly terrible in that field. No-one else comes even close to their level of incompetence.

They've been making refrigerators since 1974, far longer than they've been making RAM and SSDs.
