Not the submitter, but this reminds me of a couple of apps that I test drove that have management features for Homebrew installs. I think the primary benefit was surfacing arcane functionality that would otherwise require a trip to the docs, but it's been a couple of years and my memory is thin. That use case makes sense to me. Replacing a simple `brew update` doesn't.
