His encyclical on AI goes into his position in a lot more detail and is a pretty interesting read (except for a couple lengthy institutionally in-the-weeds sections).

I find it difficult to not be cynical and sarcastic about this. Is this an unpopular opinion? How many people want AI to be a tool of domination? He hasn't said anything insightful and him being a pope doesn't change this
