Trump has repeatedly threatened Iranian civilians. He has repeatedly said he will attack civilian infrastructure and made genocidal comments—"a whole civilization dies tonight", as I recall.
Accepting "collateral damage" and using automated systems that are known to identify bogus targets is guaranteed to kill civilians. The fact that the killing is random and the ostensible objective is legitimate does not change the outcome. I am not prepared to give the benefit of the doubt that this merely negligent. Negligence could easily be a smokescreen to obscure deliberate war crimes.
The "negligent" outcomes of these airstrikes align with our president's stated goals. I don't necessarily believe this is a coincidence.
