do you or don't you want to use AI tooling on code? you seem to not want to but are complying for some reason.
if you truly are not interested, talk to your boss. if they mandate you to use it, look for work elsewhere. you will be happier working somewhere that understands your view.
re: being the best on the team, even with the metrics supporting you this take is generally seen as arrogant and bad optics. keep it to yourself at all costs, and do your best to try and appreciate the differences others might be making on the team (even if it sometimes seems like the whole thing would fall apart without you). you'll be happier and it will actually improve your chances of moving up the ladder, much moreso than the perceived arrogance would.
you are also seemingly saying your entire team is poor at wielding AI. is this something you care to educate them on? why or why not?

I use the AI as well, just as much as everyone else but for different use-cases & I actually read the code it writes & use my brain to figure out the best design patterns etc.etc. Im saying my coworkers aren't putting in any effort that's the issue. It's easy to just to spam the AI and get the work done eventually, but with terrible quality.
