Having said that the article does cite ways in which millionaires have leaned on lawmakers to favor them. Doctor lobby, realtor lobby, car dealership lobby.

Yes, collectively the 5 million wealthiest households in America are equivalent to the richest 400 people. Somehow the people who build businesses for themselves in regulated industries are the the real villains, not the billionaires who "donate" their way into political positions... sure.
