This is not saying that all new jobs went to women. The key word from the tweet is "net" – that is, men certainly got new jobs too, but also were let go from them or quit at an equal rate.

The humans aren’t dying. The ones with higher standard of living expectations are being replaced with ones with lower expectations of living. The benefit being higher company profits, from lesser pay, and an increasingly disorganized labor class which poses less of a threat to the Epstein Predator Class.
