The attached webinar is worth a watch.

They are very deep into profiling and estimating crime.

That's not a good idea in my opinion.

From my time in there Garrett seems to sincerely believe in Minority Report as his vision, minus the cautionary tale. And has said "A false positive is better than a false negative. That doesn't advance our mission of a world without crime, because of Flock". Really scary.

I bet they capture video and audio that Flock retains privately, but then send the local agency still images unless they pay a premium.

they do take it at a single place and time though! 12:00.00, then 12:00.033, then 12:00.066, then 12:00.1....

I'll go out on a limb and say that's their argument if it goes to court. maybe it's only 5fps instead of 30. It's still the kind of BS the courts need to stop allowing.
