We (Softronic) built and deployed Médicos por Venezuela (https://medicosporvenezuela.org/), an ad honorem, non-profit directory aimed at connecting patients with healthcare specialists in Venezuela.

Given the local context, our main technical constraint was optimizing for unreliable or low-bandwidth mobile connections while keeping the UI friction-free.
