Honestly, my experience from the hiring side is that this type of app hurts much more than it helps.
Typically, we get a flood of very low-quality applications that starts within an hour of a job first going live, and then a trickle of higher-quality applications which doesn't start until at least 8-12 hours afterwards.
We've actually considered just not reviewing any applications received on the first day. I'm pretty sure other employers are already doing that.

It solves a problem with LinkedIn's batch job alerts — the timing often means a posting closes within a day with very few applicants, and you miss out on a low-competition opportunity because you simply didn't see it in time. It's happened to me way too often.
The tool uses AI to analyze your profile and shows you the best matches based on your settings. But the real focus is applying in the first hours of a posting to get a competitive edge.
