Whereas before the Great Lakes acronym was "HOMES", now it's "SHAME"!

There are several treaties with Canada ending the War of 1812. They include things like limits on the size of weapons on naval vessels that can be on the Great Lakes. I suspect that it will also require Congress to reauthorize the Great Lakes Compact.
