It is far too late for any of this. They are being taught to cheat at home.

Why do you think the British Empire punched so preposterously far above its own weight for so many years? Its elites did not participate in the education of their children. They farmed it out to disinterested professionals. American parents cannot allow their children to learn anything, because if they did, they would reject their parents and their values, with vengeful horror, and the parents are not prepared to endure that injury. Real education would depend upon the exclusion of the parents. That will not happen, and the irreversible decline into infantility follows.
