Australian houses mostly sell at auction on a Saturday. You see three or four houses in two hours and bid on one by lunchtime. The public records that should inform that bid sit in dozens of separate government systems. This queries 26 of them live for one address and answers with red, yellow and green flag counts. If a register does not answer, it says unavailable, never green. Happy to answer questions about the sources.
