Maybe you could host/archive such single pages for other people, especially if there was a way to automatically obtain the latest version from some known location?

You could collect stats, ratings and comments for such pages, like with GreasyFork.

Another idea would be to record the prompts that were used, or can be used to create these tools. For example, I just created one myself because I couldn't find anything else to do it. Probably quicker to do than keep searching for the right one.
