I did. The guy claims to be a divinely anointed ruler. It says that before age fourteen a voice told him he was chosen, and it calls him “God’s chosen prince of the Universe.” His 17 commandments on page 57 randomly name drop people stealing hundreds of thousands from him and commiting terrorism.
