I built CC Meter to have a convenient tool to see the current Claude Code and Codex usage.

It is a small Windows tray widget that shows percentage used, reset time, and pace for Claude Code and Codex limits. The compact mode docks to the top edge, while the full panel shows more detail.

Claude usage is requested directly from the local Claude Code OAuth credentials, and Codex usage comes from the installed Codex CLI app-server. The source is MIT licensed.

It is Windows-only for now, and the installer is unsigned. Feel free to test. Any feedback is welcome :-)
