Instead of investing in gimmicky tooling like these, states should just follow Native American battle-tested-for-centuries practices of wildfire control. Wildfires are a natural part of the ecosystem in most parts of the world.

Alternatively, if Americans feel too hoity-toity about learning from the (real) natives' practices, Canada and Australia both have been following the best practices of wildfire management for decades now.

Why not simply hose the water directly? A water tank + a compressor would solve the pressure issue.
