Asking those HN users whose work requires them to read through many resumes: is the influx of AI slopped resumes a big enough problem already for humans reading them, or no one actually reads them manually so humans don't really care?

Often good candidates get rejected by poorly designed ATS and unclear HR requirements, AI here just helps candidates cross a hurdle that is communication acts like a translation layer between the two parties.
And very few people when hiring read a complete resume and judge solely on the basis of that.
