The need for telemetry data for advertising/tracking, bloat in both software + their organization, having a monopoly and not having to worry about turning off users due to buggy software.

They changed their name to Meta but it is still Facebook.

Still, Facebook is just a data mining company.

Others give them money for them to put ads on your eyes and they do all they can to get as much data possible from you.

Like all companies they produce some good and bad things, but you are the product.

I think Zuckerberg is the least innovative CEO in tech. The only reason meta is surviving the game is its social media ecosystem. They tried to step out of their comfort zone with metaverse but failed horribly
