Desperately trying to find uses for that AI so that all those billions expended can appear useful to the Investors, that are mostly just the AI Companies themselves investing in each other's services in a Peter to Paul scheme to keep that bubble from Imploding into a Black Hole of insolvency!

generated children’s stories with custom characters, settings, lessons, and music. As the App Store listing assures parents, “You don’t need to write a single word.”

At last, a tech company has found a way to outsource humanity’s oldest pastime: using our imaginations.

This saddens me, i used to make up stories all the time when my kids were young. it got to the point where i had to blend scary and whimsical cause each of my daughters had different tastes. I do admit it got repetitive after a while but thats the game. I also understand that some people do lack imagination, even no inner monologues. So i guess it could help some people.

Smartphones have been destroying people’s attention spans and imagination for a while now. AI is just finishing the job.
