One can give good advice, and still fail. Institutional system failure mode. It’s all just people. I shared the CISA backup guidance PDF link because Wikipedia [1] did not have a page for it, and so it was most canonical for the "3-2-1 rule". I've created an HN reference for future use as well [2].
