I would think excess skin removal would be the gold mine for plastic surgeons.

afaic you should be allowed to inject motor oil into your titties w a bike pump if you're capable of giving consent and it's something you want for yourself. for me the real issue is that there's already distrust around organ donation and things like that because "they'll just let you die so they can use your parts" and I feel like introducing a profit motive to the donation procedure strengthens that argument whether there is actually any more malfeasance or not. Simply increasing the number of people who benefit from it and the ways in which they might benefit makes it seem like there's more motivation to let patients die.

The actual motivation is to keep them alive but very sick long enough to exhaust all their benefits and wealth, then let them die and profit from the remains, and finally charge the family 5 figures to bury them.

I mean, it's body horror, yes, but there are a lot of steps between "suck fat out of a corpse" and "inject it into a living person" that somewhat mitigate it.
If it would save my life, I would do that, but I also agree that doing that as elective surgery sounds like literal insanity to me.
If the choice is between injecting corpse fat and eating 3 cheeseburgers a day for 6 weeks, I'll have the cheeseburgers, please.

You can also have this done with your own fat and stem cells harvested from your body.
