Oh you mean the organization whose intellectual property was stolen by AI labs?
Aaron Swartz got 35 years for publishing paywalled JSTOR articles for free while the AI labs are allowed to profit directly from the paywalled material they stole. Is that a dichotomy you’re comfortable with?
