Brain drag is slowly happening the opposite way it used to. Science backing is lowering and the cost of life make it almost more profitable to live in Europe.

This is great though imho. Before, the math was fuzzy, and more pay in the US would look like potentially a good deal comparatively (even when accounting for the usual US trimmings leading to low quality of life). Now, these science folks will live better lives, with better quality of life, somewhere better for humans to exist. Is it bad for the future of the US? Sure, but the research will still get done, just elsewhere. I find it hard to see a strong negative in this outcome besides the fact these people had to uproot their lives due to an election outcome. But, they will have better lives than they otherwise would because of this.
I frequently say the US is an "economic human factory farm" (based on all available data, evidence, and observations) and I stand by that opinion, anything that helps folks get out of it is a win imho.
