I can't help but wonder if for the Ferret, this was their supreme moment and then.. put back into dressing up in pink bonnets and being endlessly cuddled.

The problem would seem more to be stomping on rats, rat-screaming, and kids being exposed to nature-red-in-tooth-and-claw.
