Hello world

After years of thinking, I've decided to simply redefine « open source ». Just wrote an open source preprint on the topic.

Open Source Resource: a digital resource made publicly available alongside its source files. [eg. odt/docx/markdown/latex of a PDF]

Examples: open source software, open source article, open source educational resource, open source image, open source hardware.

A key topic for other openness movement like open science and open education to enable the modification and therefore collaboration around open resources they produce.

The Open Source Initiative with their Open Source Definition failed to define "open source".
