Interesting that HN flagged this automatically. I wonder if the combination of “DDoS”, GitHub link, and “no cloud/no account” looked spammy to the heuristics.
The “500 lines of Python” angle is actually the most interesting part to me.

It does not appear flagged to me. Perhaps someone recently clicked vouch? Their comment is flagged though. Just guessing but maybe HN's bot saw their github is selling a service. HN has been getting flooded with AI generated services being sold on github. The only way to know for sure is to email dang.
