Since late last year (and so not shown on these graphs) they started moving some cheaper off-peak hours to align with solar output.

Previously they were aiming to shift demand to the nighttime to flatten the demand curve and maximize nuclear. Now they want to shift demand to both nighttime and around solar noon in the summer to match the combined production curve of nuclear and solar.

Seems a better plan than modulating nuclear for predictable solar production.
