you ask for investment advise but it sounds like you want get rich quick. Just think, if someone knew how to get rich quick, why would they tell everyone that and reduce their own chances? And if they are trying to sell you a sure-thing get rich scheme, why they don't use what they sell, instead of collecting few $ here and there?
other than that, compounding works, but takes a lot of time.
