Been running an agent team on OpenClaw + Claude Max for a while now. Got the email yesterday and spent today migrating everything to Claude Code + Cowork. Figured I'd write up what actually happened, what the costs look like (the "50x" number going around is real but only for the heaviest users), and what your options are if you're in the same boat.

I saw that kimi.com offers a cloud-based version of OpenClaw, using their Kimi2.5 frontier model. There’s also a “link to existing OpenClaw” option.
