Built by my brother. Instead of typing feedback in the terminal, you annotate lines in the gutter like a normal PR review, hit send, and the comments land in your running Claude Code session. It uses the new Channels API. Still experimental but the idea is solid.

Looks smooth and convenient, especially using the running Claude Code session. Do you see any drawbacks or instability so far?
