Bread qualifies as an ultraprocessed food. Perhaps we could pick a better (more useful) way of defining this so people can take reasonable actions. as it stands “ultra possessed” is not useful or actionable.

Wonderbread, on the other hand, is an ultra-processed food. And classified as cake in some European countries.
