I think votes would work much better, possibly split into several categories

I really don't understand why sites don't show upvotes and downvotes separately. This used to be the norm on Reddit! It should be here too!

It's such valuable info to know that something is controversial, to know it has a lot of both. I don't understand why sites keep reducing the information online.
