A large percentage of the general population have some level of irregular disturbed sleep. Like, a LOT.

We've known for years making late school age kids do 8am starts is punishment. Perimenopausal women, people with restless legs, sleep apnea, you-name-it. So, confounding constant signal risk in this.

Still interesting. Does this mean the speed related drugs given to ADHD people are also sleep modifiers? Should we stop with Ritalin and move to Endep microdosing?
