I'm up to several hundred. How is Zendesk this bad at email? Basic anti-abuse should be able to prevent this kind of flood. Simple rate limiting. God damn. For now I'm dropping everything with a Zendesk header. God help any non technical user whose a target.
How are they not on every blacklist by now?
I have received 168 support ticket emails in the past 30 mins, and Gmail has not yet learned to flag them as spam.
This is an absolute clown show.
Edit: whoops, this was incorrect! I had received over 1,000 Zendesk emails, 168 of which made it into my inbox.
