I subscribe to ~50 educational YouTube channels but rarely have time to watch videos. I wanted a way to quickly scan what's new and read the content instead. TubeReader pulls your YouTube subscriptions and gives you transcripts + AI summaries. Think of it like an RSS reader but for video content as text. Built with FastAPI + React. Transcription runs on my homelab GPU via Whisper. Currently free to use. Would love feedback on the UX and what features would make this more useful for you.
