I'm in the Midwest US where outside temperatures swing incredibly through the year. Inside, people aren't very tolerant of different temperatures. Either the heater or AC is blasting.

When I've visited Korea, there was somewhat less extreme temperatures, but a lot more tolerance for it being a little cold or a little hot inside.
