Thanks. Findings begin on page 14 of the doc. Interesting to see some of these recommendations in the conclusion on page 20:

> Deploy the military responsibly.

> Keep the military out of partisan politics and be mindful of optics to protect the military profession.

I feel like if these aren’t addressed, the other recommendations won’t be enough. Yes quality of life matters but in the current environment, you might be called to invade NATO allies (Greenland/Denmark) or Mexico or Canada. Who wants to be a part of that militarily and hurt their own conscience?
