The top view is much more damning. No way this guy was in any danger and he used deadly force without any indication or need.
I would like to see murder charges presented. I suspect nothing will happen.

Actually, the case law seems pretty clear in the other direction. Deadly force is not justified once an officer has evaded a vehicle that might hit them.

The officer made the decision to ignore the law when making the unlawful stop.
The woman was acting in rational self defense to try to evade her attacker, the fact that her assailant had a badge is not relevant.
Protests against the woman's actions are in reality a call for an authoritarian police state.

Apparently I can use deadly force most days in the trader joes parking lot - I've had people come that close to hitting me on a weekly basis in Seattle. She made a bad decision that cost her her life. The ICE Agent made an incompetent unprofessional one that took a life. They are not the same.

Yeah, fucking die for your misdemeanor against non-law enforcement ICE agents, peasant trash!
We, who are not law enforcement officers and cannot detain citizens, surrounded your vehicle and gave you conflicting orders and one of us got in front of your car against department policy and drew his lethal firearm for a traffic infraction they cannot legally enforce, while you were distracted by the other attempting to rip you from your car, then blew your fucking brains out point blank after he was already out of danger.
You should have known better and reacted to this totally normal situation with perfect clarity, like all citizens are clearly trained for years to do.
Us, the masked and untrained and extrajudicial Gestapo who don't identify themselves while disappearing members of your community have no obligations to deescalation or proportional response, total immunity to all crimes, and can make you do anything we want while we whisk you to whatever prison we want while denying any official papers we want, and you aren't allowed to fear us!
Oh, and sorry we actually made you commit that traffic infraction by driving recklessly around you. We own the fucking roads and you should know that, dumb piece of shit civilian.

Don't flee while being arrested.

Why is fleeing a death sentence?
And since when did Americans become such boot lickers?

Since the rule of law became substantially degraded, I think. We're tired of the crime.

Pretty pathetic then to justify the murder of a widowed mother of 3 just for turning down the wrong street. What was that thing that guy said about those willing to trade freedom for security will have none?
Modern day MAGA Americans are not worthy inheritors of the great nation their ancestors built. You've become OK with your own government murdering you, lol.

It's not justified; this is a tragedy that should not have happened (though FWIW I think it's believable that officer was in fear of his life from the car). It's just that since many Democrats have largely made it clear that they don't intend to enforce the law or the EOs of the elected president, both of which philosophically constitute the will of the people, federal agents have had to get involved in an unsavory way, with predictable collateral damage. I would prefer we just had governors enforce the law in a normal way, but here we are. "MAGA Americans" did not spring into being from a petri dish, their deplorable views fully formed; they have seen decades of non-action or subversive action from politicians in regards to immigration law, having come to believe the current sort of ICE deployment is necessary to achieve immigration law enforcement.
As they say, those who make peaceful something impossible make violent something inevitable.

Hillarious you write this knowing full well the DoJ is violating a law passed by congress saying every single one of the Epstein files had to be released 3 weeks ago.
The lawbreakers are running the country now.
